The Adult First Aid/CPR/AED course complies with American Red Cross requirements. Instructor teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, heat and cold emergencies. Also included is how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies for adult victims.
Bloodborne Pathogens training to meet OSHA requirements is included immediately following the First Aid/CPR/AED session.
Successful students will receive a certificate (valid for two years) from the American Red Cross for Adult First Aid/CPR/AED.
A certificate for the Bloodborne Pathogens training (valid for one year) will be issued to each participant.
$85 per registrant; maximum of 8 participants per class.
To receive a full refund, registrants must notify SSCI of their intent to cancel a minimum of 10 working days before the class.
We are currently scheduling classes from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM in our East Granby, CT Training Room on June 21, July 19, and August 16.
Evening or weekend training dates are available upon request.
