APRIL, 2008

Milton Jacobs will be hosting "Are You Prepared for an Emergency?" seminars in St. Croix and St. Thomas on April 8 & 9. This can be taken independently or as the second part of a three part series to qualify for the OSHA General Industry 10 Hour Card. Milton Jacobs will be hosting "Confined Space Basics" on April 22, 2008 and "OSHA Construction Refresher" on April 23, 2008 at SSCI's East Granby, CT facility. Please click here for more information and a registration form.

FEBRUARY 2008

Milton Jacobs hosted "Preventing Accidents in your Workplace" seminars in St. Croix and St. Thomas on February 5 & 6. This can be taken independently or as the first part of a three part series to qualify for the OSHA General Industry 10 Hour Card.

Milton Jacobs hosted a seminar at the ICPI conference on March 1, 2008 in Nashville, TN. He spoke about "How to Deliver Safety in Your Workplace".

NOVEMBER 2007

Milton Jacobs will be hosting an Ergonomics/Office Safety seminar on St. Croix on Tuesday, November 6, 2007. Seminar highlights include workstation exercises, workshop on ergonomic workstations, planning for emergencies. See Registration form for more information and to register today.

Milton Jacobs will be an instructor for the CMEA's Summer/Fall 2007 courses and workshops. He will be conducting a seminar titled: "Managing Workers' Comp. & Safety". It will be held on November 7, 2007 from 1:00-4:30 pm at the Worcester Hotel & Conference Center.

AUGUST 2007

Eight hour course in the Virgin Islands relating to Emergency Responder Safety to be held on August 7 & 8, 2007. Milton Jacobs will be performing the seminars.

The 25th International System Safety Conference will be held in Baltimore MD on August 13-17. Milton Jacobs is a guest speaker.

JUNE 2007

Milton Jacobs hosted two open enrollment seminars in St. Croix and St. Thomas on June 26 and 27, 2007. The seminars were titled "OSHA Health and Safety-Preventing Accidents at Your Workplace".

APRIL 2007

Safety Council of Western New England will hold its annual Safety Awards banquet on May 8, 2007. Milton Jacobs is the Keynote Speaker.

The American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) will be hosting a conference on May 9, 2007 at Tighe & Bond in Westfield, Massachusetts. The topics included in the half day conference are regarding Safety & Health in Health Care. Milton Jacobs will be a speaker at the conference covering the topic of "Emergency Planning: Principles and applications."

The American Industrial Hygiene Association held its meeting on April 11, 2007 at Tighe and Bond in Massachusetts. The Speaker, OSHA Certified Industrial Hygienist- Jack Gill (CIH) will talk about Hexavalent Chrome, OSHA new standard.

The System Safety Society, New England Chapter will host a Dinner Meeting on April 26,2007 at Periwinkles Restaurant in North Oxford, Massachusetts. Milton Jacobs is the guest speaker.

Milton Jacobs will be conducting two "Educating the Educators" training seminars at the New York Public Library on April 25 and May 2.

MARCH 2007

Milton Jacobs, Certified Safety Professional, has recently been chosen by the Architect of the Capitol to speak to service employees performing work at our nations Capitol.
